In addition to her expertise, she also serves as a Board Advisor for the National Association of Lash Artists.

 

As one of the first Accredited Lash Artists and Certified Educators in Canada, Fendi has been instrumental in raising industry standards. With a background in Biology and Chemistry, along with a diploma in Regulatory Affairs, she applies a strong scientific approach to her work. Before transitioning into the beauty industry, she gained extensive experience at Health Canada and in the pharmaceutical sector.

 

Her science-backed approach ensures that every product is developed for performance and safety. With a strong emphasis on education, she has positioned The Lash Shop as a trusted brand for professionals.

Shannon Sin

Development Manager

Shannon is multi-certified in lash lifts, classic and volume lash extensions, and PMU Brows. As the owner of SS Beauty Studio, her studio specializes in enhancing natural beauty through lash lifts and extensions.

 

She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and has an active career as a pharmacist. Her unique blend of expertise allows her to bridge the gap between artistry and science, strengthening education and product development.

 

Shannon plays a key role in shaping our educational programs and driving product innovation, ensuring that we remain committed to our core values of science, safety, and education.

Marie Herrig

Logistics Manager

Marie brings years of experience from the salon and spa industry. She plays a key role in streamlining daily operations, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless execution behind the scenes.

 

A creative force, Marie is also the founder of The Kitten Bomb, her own brand specializing in unique merchandise. She channels this creativity into The Lash Shop by designing exclusive products and crafting visually engaging course graphics, all while staying true to the brand’s identity and vision.
